Check out this cool stuff...

My pals and guppies (clients and former clients) send me links or tell me about cool tools/resources for swimmers all the time.  Here are some of my favorites...

Have you put your finger through your wetsuit?  Do you have a tear that your cement just won't repair?  It happens to the best of us.  I use Express Wetsuit Repair to keep my wetsuits in mint condition. They were fast, inexpensive, and the repairs are excellent.

I strongly discourage you from swimming in open water alone.  You just never know what will happen.  But, there are times when you need to get in your workout, and no one can go with you.  A friend of mine found this cool buoy / dry bag which you can take with you.  I've heard it's so light, you will never know it's there.

One of my clients recently told me about this gizmo.  It works like your Garmin, but for the pool.  It's a bit pricey, but we all know how triathletes like our gear.

A different client pulled this out of her bag, and I was instantly green with envy.  It's a 'towel changing room'.  Some ingenious entrepreneur realized that we need it and you'll
be shaking your head that you didn't think of it first!

I know many of you find swimming boring, and love to listen to music when you workout.  Ear-bone based MP3 players seem to have both the best sound and be the least glitchy.  Just don't bring them on race day!
